Q. What is the difference between a stick built
home and a modular? |

A. The difference
between a stick built home and a Keiser Homes modular home is
that our homes are built inside a controlled environment. We
encourage you to compare our specs with site built contractor's, we are
confident you'll see comparable products. If you're still not

Q. What is
the difference between a mobile home and a modular home? |

A.
The difference
between mobile and a modular homes is; modulars are built to
BOCA code (same as stick built homes), mobile are built to HUD code. |

Q. What does
a modular home cost? |

A. Because Keiser
Homes is a wholesaler that sells through builders, we cannot give
out pricing. We can however, tell you that our pricing is
comparable to stick built homes. The prices on our home vary
greatly depending on what each customer puts in their house. For

Keiser Homes service the area I am building in? |

A. Keiser
Homes sells homes throughout New England (Maine, New Hampshire,
Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island). We are
actively looking for more builder in the southern New England territory
to help us expand our services. |

Q. Can Keiser
Homes give us financing? |

A. Keiser
Homes
does not do any financing, but many of our builders work with banks or
mortgage companies to help their customers get the financing needed. |

Keiser Homes have land-home packages? |

A. Keiser
Homes
does not have land-home packages, however, many of our builders have
sub-divisions, pre-built homes, or lots available. For more
